摘要:
目的探讨原发性高血压患者血浆致动脉硬化指数(AIP) 与脉搏波传导速度(PWV) 及动脉硬 化相关危险因素之间的关系。方法收集原发性高血压病患者201 例, 根据PWV 值分为PWV 高水平 (PWV≥1 400 cm/s) 组和PWV 低水平(PWV<1 400 cm/s) 组。记录两组年龄、性别、血压、血脂、 血糖等检查结果。根据甘油三酯(TG) 和高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C) 检测结果计算AIP。比较两组 AIP 及相关危险因素(PWV、年龄、血压、血脂、血糖) 的差异,AIP 与PWV、血压、血糖、血脂的相 关性采用Pearson 相关分析, 以AIP 为因变量采用多元线性回归进一步分析其影响因素。结果两组 AIP、PWV、年龄、血压、血脂、血糖比较,P 均<0.05。在控制其他相关变量的影响条件下,AIP 分别与 年龄、PWV、TG、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇、收缩压、舒张压、空腹血糖均存在正相关(P 均<0.05), 与 HDL- C 存在负相关(P<0.05)。多元线性回归分析示TG、HDL- C 为AIP 的独立影响因素(P 均< 0.05)。结论在原发性高血压患者中,AIP 与PWV、年龄、血压、血脂、血糖密切相关,TG、HDL-C 为AIP 的独立影响因素。
Abstract:
Objective To investigate the relationship between atherogenic index of plasma (AIP) and pulse wave velocity (PWV) and atherosclerosis related risk factors in patients with essential hypertension. Methods Totally 201 cases of patients with essential hypertension were enrrolled and divided into high PWV level group (PWV≥1 400 cm/s ) and low PWV level group (PWV<1 400 cm/s). The results of age, gender, blood pressure, blood lipid and blood glucose of the two groups were recorded. AIP was calculated according to the results of triglyceride (TG) and high-density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C). The difference of AIP and related risk factors including age, gender, blood pressure, blood glucose and blood lipid among the two groups were compared. We performed Pearson correlation coefficients to examine the relation among AIP and PWV, blood pressure, blood glucose, lipid. AIP related influence factors were investigated using multiple linear regression with AIP as the dependent variable. Results Statistically significant differences were found between the two group on AIP, PWV, age, blood pressure, lipid, blood glucose (all P<0.05). AIP positively correlated with age, PWV, triglyceride (TG), low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL- C), systolic blood pressure (SBP), diastolic blood pressure(DBP), fasting blood glucose(all P<0.05),and it negatively correlated with HDL-C (P<0.05). Multiple linear regression demonstrated that TG, HDL-C were the dependent influencing factors for AIP(all P< 0.05). Conclusions AIP is closely related to PWV, age, blood pressure, lipid, blood glucose in patients with essential hypertension. TG,HDL-C are the dependent influencing factors for AIP.
