摘要:
目的分析汇总深圳东部地区健康人群的胃蛋白酶原（PG） 医学参考区间值范围，为进一步开展 PG 的普查提供理论支持，及临床上及时诊断萎缩性胃炎、早期胃癌等消化系统疾病提供依据。方法选 择2014 年7 月—2015 年12 月在深圳市龙岗中心医院体检的健康人群400 例，空腹采集肘静脉血，使用免 疫比浊法检测血清中PGⅠ和PGⅡ的水平；采用百分位数法分析并确定血清PGⅠ和PGⅡ参考区间值范 围。结果血清PGⅠ均值为（124.03±29.60） μg/L，血清PGⅡ均值为（7.57±5.23） μg/L，血清PGⅠ/ PG Ⅱ 均值为（27.07± 24.44）。健康人群参考值范围为血清PG Ⅰ 52.15~170.32 μg/L， 血清PG Ⅱ ≤18.37 μg/L，血清PGⅠ/PGⅡ≤6.59，该结果与国内常用参考标准之间差异显著。结论国内常用胃蛋白酶参考 区间值范围可能不适用于深圳东部地区居民，应开展新型检测方案为本地区居民胃蛋白酶参考区间值范围 提供制定依据。
