摘要:
目的探讨西酞普兰对抑郁症患者血清炎症因子和甲状腺激素水平的影响。方法选取100 例抑郁症 首发病例作为病例组,50 例健康志愿者作为对照组。病例组给予口服西酞普兰治疗,起始给药剂量为20 mg/d,在给药1 周内根据患者的情况逐渐调整剂量至20~40 mg/d,疗程为8 周。电化学发光法检测血清三碘 甲状腺原氨酸(TT3)、总甲状腺素(TT4)、促甲状腺激素(TSH)、游离三碘甲状腺原氨酸(FT3)、游离四碘甲 状腺原氨酸(FT4)水平,ELISA 法检测血清白细胞介素2(IL- 2)、白细胞介素6(IL- 6)、肿瘤坏死因子α (TNF-α)水平。结果与治疗前比较,病例组治疗后血清TSH、FT3、FT4、IL-6 和TNF-α水平均降低(P 均 <0.05)。与对照组比较,病例组治疗前、后的血清TSH、TNF-α水平均高,血清FT3、FT4 水平均低,治疗前的 血清IL-6 水平高(P 均<0.05)。结论西酞普兰能降低首发单相抑郁症患者血清炎症因子和TSH 水平,但并 不能纠正甲状腺功能减退状态。
Abstract:
Objective To explore the effects of citalopram on serum inflammatory factors and thyroid hormone levels in patients with depression. Methods Totally 100 patients with primary unipolar depression and 50 healthy volunteers were selected as the case group and control group. The patients in the case group were treated with oral citalopram treatment for 8 weeks. The starting dose was 20 mg per day, and then gradually adjusted to 20- 40 mg per day according to the real patient’s condition in a week. Bioluminescence was used to detect the serum levels of triple triiodothyronine (TT3), total thyroxine (TT4), thyroid stimulating hormone (TSH), free triple triiodothyronine (FT3), free four triiodothyronine (FT4). Meanwhile, interleukin- 2 (IL- 2), interleukin- 6 (IL- 6), tumor necrosis factor- α (TNF-α) of the patients were detected by ELISA method. Results The levels of TSH, FT3, FT4, IL-6, TNF-α in case group were lower after treatment than before treatment (all P<0.05). Compared with control group, the levels of TSH,TNF-α in cases group were higher before and after treatment, the levels of FT3 and FT4 were lower, the levels of IL-6 were higher before treatment (all P<0.05). Conclusions Citalopram can decrease the serum levels of inflammatory factors and TSH in patients with primary unipolar depression, but can’t correct the hypothyroid state.
