摘要:
目的分析云南省个旧市2011 年恶性肿瘤发病情况。方法收集2011 年个旧市恶性肿瘤登记数据， 计算粗发病率、中国人口标化率（中标率）、世界人口标化率（世标率）、35~64 岁世界人口截缩调整率(截 缩率)及0~74 岁累积率(累积率)等指标。结果2011 年个旧市恶性肿瘤粗发病率为195.32/10 万，中标发病 率为167.98/10 万， 世标率为136.27/10 万， 截缩率为211.71/10 万， 累积发病率（0~74 岁） 为14.61%。 男女性别比为1.01:1.00。肺癌，女性乳腺癌、结直肠癌、肝癌、胃癌、宫颈癌、淋巴瘤、白血病、膀胱癌 和卵巢癌是个旧市的主要恶性肿瘤，约占全部新发病例的73.70%；男性发病前5 位癌种分别为肺癌、结直 肠癌、肝癌、胃癌和膀胱癌，女性分别为乳腺癌、肺癌、结直肠癌、宫颈癌和肝癌。结论个旧市居民主 要恶性肿瘤为肺癌、消化道癌和女性的乳腺癌及宫颈癌，应重点防治。
Abstract:
Objective To analysis the cancer incidence in Gejiu City, Yunnan Province. Methods The data of malignant tumor registration in 2011 in Gejiu City were collected. The crude incidence rate, the age- standardized incidence rate by Chinese population, the age- standardized incidence rate by world population, the truncated age-standardized incidence rate by world population (aged 35-64 ) and accumulative incidence rate (aged 0-74) were calculated. Results The crude incidence rate of malignant tumor in 2011 in Gejiu City was 195.32 per 100 000; the age- standardized incidence rate by Chinese population was 167.98 per 100 000; the age- standardized incidence rate by world population was 136.27 per 100 000; the truncated age-standardized incidence rate by world population was 211.71 per 100 000; the accumulative incidence rate was 14.61%. The incidence rate of malignant tumor in males was 1.01 times than that of females. Cancers of lung, female breast, colon and rectum, liver, gastric cancer, cervical, lymphoma, leukemia, bladder as well as ovary were the most common cancers, accounting for about 73.70% of all cancer new cases. The top 5 cancers for male were lung cancer, colon and rectum cancer, liver cancer, gastric cancer as well as bladder cancer, and the top 5 cancers for female were breast cancer, lung cancer, colon and rectum cancer, cervical cancer as well as liver cancer. Conclusions Lung cancer, digestive system cancer and breast cancer and cervical cancer of females in residents are at higher incidence rates and should be the focus of contro1.
