摘要:
目的探讨冠心病(CHD) 患者血清生长分化因子-15 (GDF-15) 与冠状动脉病变严重程度的关 系。方法选择经冠状动脉造影(CAG) 检查确诊为CHD 的患者150 例作为研究对象,另选经冠状动脉 造影检查确诊为非CHD 的健康人群30 例作为对照组,以Gensini 积分评价冠状动脉病变程度,采用ELISA 法测定血清GDF-15 水平。结果CHD 患者血清GDF-15 水平高于对照组;随着冠状动脉病变支数的 逐渐增加, CHD 患者Gensini 积分与GDF-15 水平呈正相关; 线性回归分析显示两者具有线性关系。 结论血清GDF-15 水平与冠状动脉病变程度密切相关,GDF-15 水平可作为CHD 患者冠状动脉病变程 度的一个预测指标。
Abstract:
Objective To investigate the relationship between the serum levels of growth differentiation factor- 15 (GDF-15) and the severity of coronary artery lesion in patients with coronary heart disease. Methods Totally 150 patients with coronary heart diseases diagnosed by coronary angiography examination were included in the study,and 30 cases of healthy people were acted as control group. The severity of coronary artery lesion was assessed by Gensini score. ELISA method was used to detect serum GDF- 15 concentration. Results The serum level of GDF- 15 in patients with coronary heart diseases was higher than that in the control group. With the gradual increase of coronary artery lesion counts, the serum level of GDF-15 was positively correlated with Gensini score. They were demonstrated to have linear relationship by linear regression analysis. Conclusions The serum levels of GDF-15 and the severity of coronary artery lesion in patients with coronary heart diseases are closely related,and it can be used as a predictor of the severity of coronary artery lesion in patients with coronary heart disease.
