目的了解福建省城乡居民健康素养水平， 为开展健康促进工作提供依据。方法2013 年10- 12 月，采用分层多阶段PPS 抽样方法，随机抽取福建省10 个县（市、区） 15~69 岁的常住人口，采用2013 年中国居民健康素养监测问卷进行调查。数据采用SPSS 19.0 统计软件复杂抽样模块进行分析。结果 全福建省共2 718 人完成调查问卷，有效问卷2 706 份，问卷有效率99.56%。经过加权调整后，2013 年福 建省居民健康素养具备率为8.50% (95% CI： 5.72% ~12.44%）， 城市居民为15.19%， 农村居民为4.74%， 城市居民高于农村居民（P<0.01）。基本知识和理念、健康生活方式与行为和基本技能素养具备率分别为 15.68%、10.62%和8.72%；6 类健康问题素养具备率由高到低依次为安全与急救素养43.39%、科学健康观 素养30.55%、传染病防治素养16.97%、健康信息素养15.98%、慢性病防治素养10.28%和基本医疗素养 6.62%。结论福建省居民健康素养处于较低水平，城市居民健康素养明显高于农村居民，应加大健康素 养促进行动的力度。
Abstract:
Objective To realize the health literacy status of urban and rural residents in Fujian Province to provide evidence for the development of health promotion. Methods From October to December in 2013, a stratified multi-stage probability proportion to size (PPS) sampling method was randomly used to select resident population which were 15- 69 years old from 10 countries (cities, district) in Fujian Province, and the questionnaire survey of health literacy of residents in 2013 was used to investigate health status. Data was analyzed by SPSS 19.0 statistics software complex sampling module. Results A total of 2 718 people were investigated and 2 706 valid questionnaires were collected; the efficiency rate was 99.56% . After weighted adjustment, the weighted health literacy rate in residents of Fujian Province was 8.5%(95% CI: 5.72%-12.44%), which was 15.19% in urban residents and 4.74% in rural residents. Health literacy rate in urban residents was higher than that of rural residents. The health literacy rate on basic knowledge and concept, healthy lifestyle and behavior and basic skill were 15.68% , 10.62% and 8.72%, respectively. The six categories health literacy rate in descending order were safety and emergency literacy rate (43.39%), health science view literacy rate (30.55%), infectious disease prevention and treatment literacy rate (16.97% ), health information literacy rate (15.98% ), chronic disease prevention and treatment literacy rate (10.28%) and basic health literacy rate (6.62%). Conclusions The health literacy in residents of Fujian Province is in a relatively low level, and the health literacy levelof urban residents is significantly higher than that of rural residents. More efforts should be paied to promote health literacy.
