摘要:
目的了解2015 年山东省高密市艾滋病自愿咨询检测（VCT） 人群的HIV 感染状况和流行病学特 征。方法由专门的医务人员对908 例求询者进行面对面咨询，采用《艾滋病自愿咨询检测个案登记表》 收集基本信息和艾滋病相关行为，采用快速检测胶体金法检测HIV。结果VCT 人群中，男性618 例、女 性290 例，年龄20~35 岁者居多，占总检测人数的76.87%，大多数为初中以上文化水平，34.91%的学历在 大专以上。VCT 人群中，主要咨询原因为男男同性性行为。HIV 阳性3 例，均为男性，传播方式均为男男 同性性行为。结论2015 年高密市VCT 人群中，男性、年龄20~35 岁居多，男男性接触是HIV 主要传 播方式。
Abstract:
Objective To investigate the status of human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) infection and epidemiological characteristics of acquired immune deficiency syndrome (AIDS) voluntary counseling and testing (VCT) in Gaomi City of Shandong province in 2015. Methods A total of 908 interviewees were performed face-to face consultations by specialized medical personnel. Basic information and AIDS related behavior were collected by using“voluntary counseling and testing case registration form”, HIV antibody was tested by using rapid colloidal gold method. Results Among the VCT group, 618 cases were male, and 290 cases were female; 76.87% cases were 20-35 years old; most of them graduated from junior high school or above, and 34.91% cases had college degree. The main counseling reason was male homosexual behavior in the VCT group. Positive HIV antibody was detected in 3 male cases who were all transmitted by male homosexual behavior. Conclusions Male homosexual behavior is the main mold of HIV trasmission in VCT group of Gaomi City in 2015, among which male cases and 20-35 years old cases are in the majority.
