目的 了解慢性阻塞性肺疾病（COPD）患者社会支持及相关影响因素。方法 采用肖水源编制的社 会支持评定量表(SSRS)对湛江市3所医院237例COPD患者进行问卷调查。结果 237例COPD患者客 观支持得分为（9.17±3.59）分，主观支持得分为（23.24±5.45）分，对支持的利用度得分为（7.41±1.84） 分，社会支持总分为（39.82±8.81）分。客观支持不同年龄、职业、文化程度、收入水平和疾病程度差异 有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；主观支持不同年龄、文化程度、疾病程度差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；对支 持利用度不同疾病程度差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；社会支持总分不同年龄、文化程度、收入水平和疾 病程度差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。Logistic回归分析显示，年龄、收入水平和疾病严重程度是社会支 持总分的影响因素。结论 COPD患者的社会支持受到年龄、职业、文化程度、收入水平、疾病严重程度 等多方面因素的影响，应加强健康指导，注重综合护理，提高患者的社会支持水平，促进康复。
Abstract:
Objective To understand the social support in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) and to find the influencing factors.Methods A total of237 patients with COPD from 3 hospitals in Zhanjiang City were investigated by using the social support rating scale (SSRS) compiled by Xiao Shuiyuan. Results For the237 patients with COPD, the score of objective support was 9.17± 3.59, the score of subjective support was 23.24±5.45, the support availability was 7.41±1.84, and the total score of social support was 39.82±8.81. The objective supports for different ages, occupations, ed-ucation levels, income levels and severities of disease were significantly different (P＜0.05). The subjec-tive supports for different ages, education levels and severities of disease were significantly different (P＜ 0.05). The support availability for different severities of disease was significantly different (P＜0.05). And the social support scores of different ages, education levels, income levels and severities of disease was different significantly (P＜0.05). Logistic regression analysis showed that age, income level and se-verity of disease were the influence factors of social support in COPD patients. Conclusions The so-cial support in patients with COPD is influenced by age, occupation, education level, income level and degree of disease. The findings indicated that it is necessary to strengthen health guidance, focus on in-tegrated care, improve the patient social support level, and promote recovery.
