新的健康教育模式对心房颤动患者华法林治疗的影响(PDF)

摘要:
目的探讨心房颤动（房颤） 知识手册结合健康教育讲座对改善房颤患者对华法林抗凝知识的理解 和提高华法林的治疗范围时间（TTR） 的影响。方法255 例心房颤动患者随机分为对照组（n=130） 和 研究组（n=125）。记录所有患者的临床资料。研究组患者给予房颤知识手册结合健康教育讲座指导华法林 抗凝治疗和定期随访，而对照组患者给予健康教育讲座指导华法林抗凝治疗和定期随访。计算华法林的 TTR、华法林知识的标准调查问卷分数。数据使用Excel 2003 软件及SPSS 17.0 统计软件进行分析。计 量资料用( xˉ±s )表示，采用t 检验；计数资料则采用χ2 检验；P＜0.05 表示差异有统计学意义。结果平均 随访（3.1±0.5） 个月。与对照组相比， 研究组的TTR 显著性升高[ （74.6±23.8） % vs. （63.4±22.3） %， P＞0.01]。两组的缺血性卒中、大出血、其他动脉栓塞、微量出血、死亡等发生率差异均无统计学意义 （P＞0.05）。与对照组相比，研究组的健康教育讲座花费时间显著性减少[（12.1±1.2） min vs (16.3±0.8) min， P＜0.01]，标准问卷的分数显著提高（81.25 分vs.68.75 分，P=0.001）。结论房颤知识手册结合健康教育 讲座的新模式改善了房颤患者对华法林抗凝知识的理解和华法林的TTR 。
