摘要:
目的 掌握西城区全民健康生活方式行动涉及各健康行为核心指标现状,观察示范机构创建对居民 健康行为的干预效果。方法 抽取已完成示范机构创建工作的8家社区为观察组,另外8家社区为对照 组。每个社区75户,每户随机抽取1名调查对象进行问卷调查。结果 ①观察组居民使用限盐勺、控油 壶、BMI尺子和腰围尺的比例分别为44.7%、42.0%、42.8%和59.8%,对照组分别为23.5%、32.5%、 18.8%和41.7%,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组居民自觉控制盐、油和自觉控制体重的比例分 别为82.5%、79.2%和68.1%,对照组分别为76.2%、65.8%和53.1%,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。 ②观察组社区居民在一些不良的生活习惯如食物种类单一、口味偏咸、蔬菜水果摄入不足、经常吃油腻的 食物、不经常锻炼身体和吸烟方面的比例均低于对照组居民,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 开 展全民健康生活方式行动示范社区创建工作,在提高居民健康行为率以及降低不良的健康行为方面具有明 显效果。
Abstract:
Objective The study aimed to assess the current situations of core effectiveness indicators in-volving the actions of a healthy lifestyle in Xicheng,and to determine the differences in core effective-ness indicators between the intervention and the control groups. MethodsA community-based random-ized controlled trial was conducted among 8 communities which were randomized in to 2 groups: inter-vention group (n=600) taking the health life style and control group (n=600) receiving routine manage-ment services. Then the two groups were surveyed by questionnaires.Result ①Percentage of the use of the limit of salt, oil control pot, BMI ruler and waist circumference in the intervention group were 44.7%,42%,42.8% and59.8%, but in the control group,the percentage were 23.5%,32.5%,18.8% and 41.7%,which were lower than that of the intervention group(all P<0.05). Percentage of the inter-vention group in consuming low-sodium foods, low-fat foods and keeping fit were 82.5%,79.2% and 68.1%,were higher than that of the control group(76.2%、65.8% and53.1%). ②Percentage of the in-tervention group in unhealthy behaviors was lower than that of the control group. Conclusions Health-life style action Demonstration Community work has been highly effective in improving the prevalence of healthy behaviors of the residents.
