摘要:
目的 比较不同学校教师睡眠质量的现况,分析影响教师睡眠质量的因素,为提高睡眠质量的干预 措施提供依据和方向。方法 采用匹兹堡睡眠质量指数自评量表(PSQI)、李建民的睡眠质量自评量表 (SRSS)和自拟睡眠质量调查表,对甘肃省张掖市民乐县小学、初中、高中教师分层整群随机抽取850名 教师进行调查。结果 PSQI得分为(8.71±3.58)分,有8.81%的教师睡眠质量好,27.07%的教师睡眠质 量一般,64.12%的教师睡眠质量差;SRSS的平均得分为(29.05±6.35)分,单项得分≥3分的睡眠不足为 (3.63±0.91)分,失眠后反应为(3.68±1.24)分;多因素Logistic分析结果表明,收入满意度(OR=4.41, P=0.03)、熬夜(OR=1.74,P=0.01)、助眠工具(OR=2.19,P=0.00)是影响教师睡眠质量的危险因素;运动 (OR=0.74,P=0.05)、助眠改善(OR=0.59,P=0.02)是影响教师睡眠质量的保护因素。结论 教师睡眠质量 较差,不同学校、学历、收入满意度、熬夜、助眠工具是影响教师睡眠的主要影响因素,可根据量表 PSQI、SRSS对教师进行睡眠引导。
Abstract:
Objective To evaluate and compare the status of sleep quality and the influencing factors among teachers in primary school, junior high school and high school. To provide evidence for the in-tervention measures that improve sleep quality. MethodsA total of850teachers were randomly select-ed from primary, junior high and high school of Minle county in Zhangye city in Gansu province. The teachers were interviewed using PSQI (Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index), SRSS and a self-administered questionnaire. Results The score of PSQI was8.71±3.58. Among the teachers, 8.81% of had high-quality, 27.07% had mediocre and64.12% had poor sleep. The mean score of SRSS was29.05±6.35. The individual scores of3 or higher corresponding to insufficient sleep was 3.63±0.91, and individuals with reaction after insomnia had a mean score of3.68±1.24. The multiple logistic regression analysis showed that income satisfaction (OR=4.41, P=0.029), staying up (OR=1.74, P=0.005) and sleeping aid (OR=2.19, P=0.000) were the risk factors influencing sleep quality. Exercise (OR=0.74, P=0.047) and sleep improvement (OR=0.59, P=0.016) were the protective factors benefiting sleep quality. Conclusions Among the many teachers with poor sleep quality, sleep quality is influenced by many factors, school, education, income satisfaction, stay up, sleeping aid. The findings can be used in guiding the sleep behavior of teacher based on, the scores of PSQI and SRSS.
