目的 探析医生的职业倦怠现状及其相关影响因素,以期为医生的职业倦怠的防治工作提供参考信 息。方法 采用马氏职业倦怠量表—服务行业版(Maslach Burnout Inventory-Human Service Survey, MBI-HSS)及一般情况调查表对1611名医生进行调查。运用SPSS13.0对数据进行描述性分析、t检验和 方差分析,以P<0.05为差异有统计学意义。结果 在情绪衰竭及低成就感两个维度上分别有44.4%和 36.1%的被试处于中高度倦怠水平。女性医生相比于男性医生来说,情绪耗竭程度更严重。未婚组医生在 人格解体和低成就感上高于已婚组。研究生以上组学情感衰竭、人格解体最严重。45岁以上组在情绪衰 竭、人格解体程度最低;25岁以下组成就感最低。高级、副高级职称组比无职称组成就感低。从业时间在 20年以上者情绪衰竭程度、人格解体程度最低。结论 医生群体存在较高的职业倦怠,同时其职业倦怠受 性别、婚姻状况、从业时间、年龄等因素的影响。
Abstract:
Objective In order to provide reference information for prevention, status of job burnout among medical doctors' and its related factors were investigated. Methods1611 doctors were investigat-ed using the Maslach Burnout Inventory-Human Sevice Survey (MBIHSS) and the general question-naire. The survey results were analyzed for descriptive statistics, t test and variance analysis. Results 44.4% of the subjects were at moderate or high level in emotional exhaustion. And36.1% of the sub-jects were at moderate or high level in low achievement. Population characteristics associated with high score of job burnout included female, age younger than 25, education of master or higher degree, sin-gle, senior title. ConclusionsThere is a higher burnout rate among the doctor group. The status of job burnout is affected by many population statistical characteristics.
