摘要:
目的探讨运动疗法在糖尿病预防和治疗中的临床价值。方法选取2013 年6-12 月郑州市第三人 民医院内分泌科收治的48 例糖尿病患者（A 组） 及36 例糖耐量减低人群（B 组） 作为研究对象，在给予 饮食控制的前提下采取运动疗法进行治疗。监测每位患者的基本病情及血糖值变化， 观察6 个月。结果 A 组和B 组患者的体质指数（BMI）、甘油三酯（TG）、总胆固醇（TC） 较运动前明显下降，差异有统 计学意义（P<0.05）；同时空腹血糖（FPG）、餐后2 h 血糖（2 h PG） 及糖化血红蛋白（HbA1c） 值较运 动治疗前有所下降，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论糖尿病患者在基本饮食控制和药物治疗的基础 上辅以运动疗法，可使患者病情保持在平稳状态；可有效控制糖耐量减低人群的糖尿病发病趋势。
