摘要:
目的了解2013 年河南省居民死亡原因及死亡水平，为进一步制定卫生决策提供依据。方法收集 2013 年河南省疾病监测地区报告的死亡数据资料，用SAS 9.0 软件进行统计分析。结果2013 年河南省 疾病监测地区居民粗死亡率为571.58 /10 万， 标化死亡率为371.77/10 万。慢性病在人群中所占构成较 高，为87.04%。12 个全人群监测县区前五位死因依次为：脑血管病、心脏病、恶性肿瘤、呼吸系统疾病、 损伤和中毒，累计构成比占全人群的90.56%。结论慢性病已成为河南省居民死亡的主要死因，应该加强 慢性病的防控工作，降低居民的死亡率。
Abstract:
Objective To understand the mortality level and the causes of death among the residents in Henan province in 2013，so as to provide basis for making the health policy. Methods To collect the death information of twelve counties in Henan province and analyze by SAS 9.0. Results The crude death rate was 571.58/lakh,the standardized death rate was 371.77/lakh in 2013. Chronic diseases were the most death cause in all causes, by 87.04%. The top five death causes of people in twelve counties were cerebrovascular diseases, heart diseases, malign tumors, respiratory diseases, injuries in turn, and they accounted for 90.56% of all death people. Conclusions The chronic diseases were the main death causes among the residents in Henan, so the control and prevention of chronic diseases should be enhanced, and decrease the death rate of residents.
