摘要:
目的 通过检测川崎病(Kawasaki Disease,KD)患者血清白细胞介素10 (Interleukin-10,IL-10) 的表达水平,探讨其水平变化与川崎病病情发展及冠脉损害(CAL)的关系,为川崎病的防治提供基础理 论依据。方法 选取符合50例川崎病患者为研究对象,同时选取年龄和性别相匹配的正常健康儿童20例 为对照组,采用酶联免疫吸附试验检测血清IL-10水平,采用超声心动图检测患者冠状动脉扩张程度,并 进行独立及配对样本的t检验分析,所有结果以P<0.05为差异有统计学意义。结果 ① KD急性期及亚急 性期患者IL-10水平均显著高于恢复期及正常对照组(P<0.05);② KD急性期无CAL亚组IL-10水平 较对照组显著升高(P<0.05),CAL亚组与对照组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 KD患者急 性期、亚急性期血清IL-10水平显著升高,但仅其中无合并冠脉损害(Coronary Artery Lesions,CAL) 患者血清IL-10水平显著升高,提示IL-10可能参与了川崎病的免疫学发病机制,并且对于冠脉内皮细胞 损伤起保护作用。
Abstract:
Objective We detect the interleukin (IL)-10 of patients with KD (Kawasaki Disease), and discuss the level and the change of IL-10. Furthermore, we discuss the relationship between the change of the IL-10 and the progression of kawasaki disease, especially about the coronary artery lesion (CAL). Consequently, we can provide some theoretical basis to prevent and treat the Kawasaki disease. MethodsThe study consist of50 patients with KD and 20 health children with match age and gender. We detect the level of serum IL-10 with enzyme linked immunosorbent assay. We examine the sizes of coronary artery of patients with ultrasonic cardiogram. In the final, Data were analyzed by independent-samples T Test or Paride-samples T Test, P<0.05 was identified as significant.Results①.The con-centration of IL10 of patients with KD disease in acute and subacute stage are increase significantly in comparison of patients in restoration stage and health children.(P<0.05)②. The concentration of IL10 of patients with KD in acute stage without CAL are increase significantly in comparison of health chil-dren(P<0.05); In the contrary, there is no significant difference between the patients with CAL andhealth children(P>0.05). ConclusionsThe concentration of IL10 of patients with KD in acute and sub-acute stage are significantly increase, but only the patients without CAL increase significantly. We infer that the IL-10 maybe participate in the immunological pathogenesis of Kawasaki disease, it may protect the endothelial cells of the coronary artery from injure.
