摘要:
目的 观察3日饮食日记对腹膜透析患者血磷和营养状况的影响。方法 选取四川省攀枝花煤业集团 有限公司总医院收治的腹膜透析患者50例，在护理人员和营养科医生的指导下记录3日饮食日记，并根据 患者摄入的营养成分制定相应的饮食治疗方案。随访6个月，在第1、3、6个月对3日饮食体积进行评 估，比较其结果随着时间变化的整体差异，并比较患者血液磷、钾、钙等各项指标。采用SPSS15.0进行 数据分析处理，正态分布资料用（xˉ±s）表示，非正态分布资料用中位数表示，采用t检验或者Wilcoxon 配对检验。采用重复测量的
