摘要:

目的 探讨类表皮生长因子受体2( human epidermalgrowth factor receptor 2, HER2)蛋白表达及基 因扩增与胃癌临床病理特征的关系。方法 分别用免疫组织化学方法和荧光原位杂交方法检测60例胃癌与 癌旁非肿瘤胃黏膜中HER2蛋白表达和基因扩增状态，分析HER2蛋白表达及基因扩增与胃癌各临床病理 特征的相关性。采用SPSS16.0统计软件对数据进行χ 2 检验分析，P<0.05为差异有统计学意义。结果 60 例癌旁非肿瘤胃黏膜中无HER2蛋白表达及基因扩增。胃癌组织中H
