摘要:

目的 探讨血钠（Na）、B型利钠尿肽（BNP）、尿酸（UA）与女性心力衰竭的关系。方法 选取 2010年1月至2012年12期间120例女性心力衰竭患者为研究对象（观察组）。将120例心力衰竭患者按照 病情程度的不同分为心力衰竭急性期（68例）和心力衰竭稳定期（52例）；将120例患者按照NYHA分 级标准[1]分为心力衰竭心功能II级48例，III级40例，IV级32例。另选择同期在嘉兴市秀洲区新塍医院 门诊体检的健康女性人群84例为对照组。统计受试者血Na、BNP、UA水平，并对心力衰竭患者血Na、
