摘要:
目的 探讨维生素D受体(VDR)的基因多态性与中国人的肺鳞癌易感性及其对药物化疗疗效的影 响。方法 选取广西柳州市工人医院2010年8月~2014年1月收治的肺鳞癌患者500例作为观察组,另选 择自愿加入本研究的健康者200例作为对照组,采用聚合酶链反应(PCR)技术检测2组VDR基因型。比 较2组基因型比例和不同基因型患者对化疗疗效的差异,分析基因多态性与肺鳞癌易感性的相关。结果 观察组和对照组bb型基因分别占70.60%和49.00%,差异有统计学意义(χ 2 =3.859,P<0.05)。观察组有效 Bsm1位点bb、Bb基因型分布频率分别为78.15%、21.85%,无效分别为86.86%、13.14%,2组间差异有 统计学意义(χ 2 =3.729,P<0.05)。Apa1 位点等位基因的分布对肺鳞癌的发生和治疗无明显影响。结论 bb基因型患者在危险因素暴露的情况下更易患肺癌,同时对化疗药物的反应性也较差。
Abstract:
ObjectiveTo observe the effects of vitamin D receptor (VDR) gene polymorphism on ad-vanced squamous cell lung cancer genetic susceptibility and sensitivity to chemotherapy. MethodsA total of 500 lung squamous carcinoma patients and 200 healthy controls were selected in Qinhuangdao City from August 2010 to January 2014. VDR gene polymorphism in the two groups were detected by using PCR technology. And the differences were compared by χ 2 test between the control group and observe group and the proportion of different genotypes of patients on chemotherapy. ResultsThe Bsm1bb geno-types distribution was statistically significant between the observe group and the control group (70.60% vs. 49.00%,χ 2 =3.859, P<0.05). The frequency of bb and Bb genotype was 78.15% and21.85% in the chemotherapy group with obvious effects, and they were 86.86%,13.14% in no effection group. The distribution of Bb and bb genotype had significant difference between 2 groups (χ 2 =3.729,P<0.05). Con-clusions The peoples with bb genotype were more susceptible to squamous cell carcinoma when they are exposed to risk factors, and their responses to chemotherapy is poor.
