摘要:
目的 通过对黑龙江省农村癫痫防治管理项目治疗效果和卫生经济学指标的评估，探讨适合我国农村地 区癫痫防控的管理模式。方法 将172例参与项目初筛，被诊断为惊厥性癫痫患者分为2组，其中治疗组100 例，对照组72例。分别参与单纯苯巴比妥药物治疗和其他药物治疗，观察12个月，对癫痫患者的疗效和成 本进行比较分析。结果 2组在癫痫的治疗效果上差异无统计学意义，但使用苯巴比妥药物每治愈1例癫痫 患者所花费的成本为143.9元，而使用其他方法的成本为2 220.6元，为前者的15.43倍；获得每1个分值生 命质量，使用苯巴比妥药物需要花费228.27元，而使用其他方法则需3 831.62元。结论 使用苯巴比妥单药 治疗惊厥性癫痫的疗效虽不具有优势，但成本优势明显，适合在农村贫困地区广泛应用和推广。
Abstract:
Objective To evaluate the efficacy and cost on the project of the treatment and administra-tion of epilepsyin rural areas in Heilongjiang, so as to provide some management model for the promo-tion of the effects and applicability for project. Methods Totally172 patients with convulsive epilepsy from the project for epilepsy prevention and administration in rural areas in Heilongjiang were given the Phenobarbital and conventional medicines for12 months, and the efficacy and costs of the two therapies group were investigated. Results There was no statistical significance in the efficacy between the Phe-nobarbital group and conventional medicines group, but the total cost of two groups were RMB 143.9 yuan and 2 220.6 yuan. The control was 15.43 times that of the Phenobarbital group for achieving the same effect, and the cost per QALY were RMB 228.27 yuan and 3 831.62 yuan in the two groups re-spectively. Conclusions The technique of employing Phenobarbital for convulsive epilepsy is not of good effect comparing the other, but the advantages of cost cheaply and receive easily should be made to as-sure its popularization in rural areas, so the project for epilepsy prevention and administration was feasible.
