摘要:
目的观察小切口白内障联合小梁切除术治疗原发性慢性闭角型青光眼（PCACG）合并白内障的疗 效。方法 回顾性分析2008年3月~2012年3月收治的38例38眼PCACG合并白内障患者。患者入院后 行颞侧小切口白内障及后房型人工晶状体植入联合小梁切除术，观察分析术后眼压、前房深度、前房角及矫 正视力的变化。结果 术后矫正视力较术前提高者35眼（92.11%），视力有显著性提高（χ 2 =18.524，P< 0.001）。术后眼压处于正常范围，前房深度明显增加（t=5.146，P<0.01），术后无严重手术并发症。结论 小切口白内障手术加人工晶状体植入联合小梁切除术治疗PCACG合并白内障方法简单经济，效果良好。
Abstract:
ObjectiveTo investigate the clinical efficacy of trabeculectomy combined with intraocular lens implantation for the treatment of primary chronic angle-closure glaucoma. MethodsA retrospective analy-sis was performed on 38 patients (38 eyes) with PCACG combined with cataracts from March 2008 to March2012. Patients underwent trabeculectomy combined with temporal small incision cataract and intra-ocular lens implantation. And after that patients were followed-up for 6 months, intraocular pressure, anterior chamber depth, and changes in the anterior chamber and corrected visual acuity were compared and analyzed. ResultsAfter surgery,35 eyes’corrected visual acuity compared with preoperative was improved (92.10%), and changes of visual acuity were significantly (χ 2 =18.524, P<0.001). Intraocular pressure was in the normal range. Anterior chamber depth increased significantly (t=5.146，P<0.001). No serious complications occured. ConclusionsSurgery of trabeculectomy combined with temporal small inci-sion cataract and intraocular lens implantation was simple, economical, and with good effect.
