摘要:
目的观察植物甾醇酯治疗非酒精性脂肪肝的临床疗效。方法将60 例非酒精性脂肪肝患者按受试者 脂肪肝等级分级分为试验组和对照组， 每组30 例， 试验组每天食用植物甾醇酯1.35 g， 服用时间为60 d；对照组采用空白对照。观察干预人群服用植物甾醇酯后非酒精性脂肪肝的改变情况，血中总胆固醇的改 变情况。采用χ2 检验、t 检验和秩和检验等统计方法对所收集和检测的资料进行统计分析。结果用植物甾醇 酯60 d 后，试验组的总胆固醇水平[ （5.32±0.79)mmol/L]较同组试验前[(6.21±0.89 )mmol/L]和对照组试验 后[ （5.83±1.00) mmol/L]有所下降，差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）。试验组食用植物甾醇酯后脂肪肝程度 有所减轻（Z=2.378，P＜0.05）。结论植物甾醇酯有降低非酒精性脂肪肝、总胆固醇的功效。
