摘要:
目的 观察噻托溴铵治疗稳定期老年慢性阻塞性肺病（COPD）的临床疗效。方法 选取60例稳定 期老年COPD患者作为研究对象，随机分为研究组与对照组，每组30例。研究组患者给予噻托溴铵治 疗，对照组给予异丙托溴铵治疗，比较两组治疗效果、肺功能指标及不良反应情况。结果 研究组治疗总 有效率（93.3%）高于对照组（67.5%），差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；治疗后研究组FEV1/FVC、FEV1 等肺功能指标改善效果均优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P均＜0.05）；两组药物治疗过程中均有2例出 现口干，病症较轻未给予处理，自行缓解。结论 噻托溴治疗稳定期老年COPD临床疗效显著，且无严重 不良反应。
Abstract:
Objective To observe the clinical effect of tiotropium bromide to old patients with stable stage of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD). Methods 60 patients with stable stage of COPD patients were randomly divided into study group and control group, 30 cases in each group. The study group were treated with tiotropium bromide, control group were treated with ipratropium bro-mide. To compare therapeutic effect, pulmonary function index and adverse reaction between two groups. Results The total effective rate of the study group (93.3%) was higher than that in control group (67.5%) (P<0.05). After treatment, pulmonary function index in the study group were better than those in control group (all P<0.05). Adverse reaction between two groups was no difference. Conclu-sions The clinical effect of tiotropium bromide to old patients with stable stage of COPD was good, and no serious adverse reactions.
