摘要:
目的 观察胰岛素治疗结合饮食控制、运动干预对妊娠期糖尿病（GDM）患者血糖指标的影响。方 法选取2012年9月~2013年9月济南市长清区万德中心卫生院收治的80例GDM患者，随机均分为两组， 对照组给予胰岛素常规治疗，干预组在对照组治疗基础上给予饮食控制及运动干预。检测两组治疗前后空腹 血糖、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白水平。结果 治疗前，两组患者的各项血糖指标比较差异无统计学意义 （P均＞0.05）；治疗后，干预组各项血糖指标下降明显优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P均＜0.05）。结 论 饮食控制、运动干预及胰岛素治疗可有效控制GDM患者血糖水平。
Abstract:
Objective To analysis effects of diet, exercise and insulin therapy on blood glucose level in gestational diabetes mellitus (GDM) patients. Methods A total of80cases of GDM patients were di-vided into two groups. A group (n=40) were given the routine insulin treatment, B group (n=40) were given the routine insulin treatment combined diet and exercise. To compare the blood glucose index between two groups before and after treatment. Results Before the intervention, the blood glucose lev-els had no significant difference between two groups ( P>0.05). After the intervention, blood sugar in group B patients improved more significantly than group A (P< 0.05). Conclusions The treatment of insulin combined diet, exercise on GDM patients was effective.
