摘要:
目的通过检测NF-κB在胃癌、癌旁增生组织及正常胃黏膜组织中的表达,探讨其与TOPOⅡ、Ki-67在胃癌中表达的相关性及意义。方法 采用免疫组织化学的方法,检测随机选取的102份胃癌石蜡标本 及相应的癌旁增生组织标本和正常胃黏膜组织,检测三者表达情况。计数资料采用χ 2检验和四格表精确概 率法,相关性分析采用Spearmen等级相关分析,P<0.05为差异有统计学意义。结果 NF-κB蛋白在胃 癌、癌旁增生组织及正常黏膜组织中的表达率分别为70.59%(72/102)、22.22%(10/45)、5.88%(2/34), TOPOⅡ、Ki-67在胃癌组织中均有阳性表达;NF-κB的表达与TOPOⅡ(r=0.301,P=0.002)、Ki-67 (r=0.334,P=0.001)的表达呈显著正相关。结论NF-κB和TOPOⅡ、Ki-67三者在胃癌组织中的高表达 与肿瘤浸润深度、淋巴结转移、临床分期有相关性,且三者之间存在一定的协同作用,联合检测有助于胃 癌预后的判断。
Abstract:
ObjectiveTo detecting the expression of NF-κB in gastric cancer, hyperplasia and adjacent normal gastric mucosa, and to explore the relevance of NF-κB, TOPOⅡand Ki-67. MethodsA total of 102 cases with gastric cancer were randomly selected. And their gastric cancer detection paraffin spec-imen, adjacent noncancerous tissue hyperplasia and normal gastric mucosa were measured by immunohis-tochemical methods to research the expression of NF-κB, TOPOⅡand Ki-67. ResultsThe expression of NF-κB protein in gastric cancer, hyperplasia and adjacent normal mucosa tissues was 70.59%(72/ 102), 22.20%(10/45), 5.90%(2/34), respectively. Expression of NF-κBwas singificantly positively corre-lated with TOPOⅡ(r=0.301, P=0.002), Ki-67 (r=0.334, P=0.001). ConclusionsThe high expres-sions of NF-κB, TOPOⅡand Ki-67 in gastric cancer are correlated with the depth of invasion, lymph node metastasis and clinical stage, and there is a certain synergy among the them. Combined de-tection of NF-κB, TOPOⅡand Ki-67helps the prognosis of gastric cancer analyzing.
