摘要:
目的 探讨肿痛安胶囊治疗面瘫的临床疗效。方法 将河北省保定市第五医院2011年2月至2013年6月收治的136例面瘫患者随机分为肿痛安和通心络组,每组68例,分别采用肿痛安和通心络胶囊治疗。比较两组患者的临床疗效,观察两组患者的面肌功能改善情况。结果 肿痛安组有效64例,有效率94.12%,通心络组有效47例,有效率69.12%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。肿痛安组面肌功能改善评分为(18.92±1.46)分,通心络组为(10.23±1.19)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05); 两组的改善指数分别为(0.85±0.15)和(0.72±0.03),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 肿痛安胶囊治疗面瘫是一种优良的治疗方案,不仅提高了临床疗效,且明显改善了面肌功能,值得在临床上推广使用。
Abstract:
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Zhongtong'an capsule on the treatment of facial paralysis. Methods A total of 136 facial paralysis patients which received from February 2011 to June 2013 were randomly divided into the Zhongtong'an group and the Tongxinluo group,with 68 patients for each group.The Zhongtong'an group were given Zhongtong'an capsule,while the Tongxinluo group were treated by Tongxinluo capsule.The facial muscle function improvements of the two groups were observed in order to compare clinical efficacy. Results A total of 64 cases in the Zhongtong'an group were effective,with the effective rate of 94.12%,and a total of 47 cases in the Tongxinluo group were effective,with a effective rate of 69.12%.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Facial muscle function improvement score of the Zhongtong'an group was(18.92±1.46),and the score of Tongxinluo group was(10.23±1.19),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The improvement index of the two groups was(0.85±0.15)and(0.72±0.03),respectively,and there was statistically significance between them(P<0.05). Conclusions Zhongtong'an capsule is a good choice for the treatment of facial paralysis.It can improve not only the clinical efficacy,but also the function of facial muscles,which should be widely used in clinical treatment.
