摘要:
目的 通过问卷调查的形式,将医生成长特点和情商结合起来,意在唤起人们对医生情商培养的重视,找到需要培养情商的重点人群。方法 采用取自《心理测试》一书中的《标准情商EQ测试》量表进行问卷调查,共50道题,根据戈尔曼的情商理论编制。本次调查共发放问卷400份,收回370份,其中有效问卷339份,有效回收率为84.75%。采用分层抽样的方法,按性别、年龄和职称等分层。用SPSS 12.0软件对原始数据进行统计分析,采用基本数据分析和秩和检验的方法。结果 通过调查发现情商中位数为50分,情商值不高,>70分占13.31%,40~70分占85.79%,<40分占0.90%,总体水平居中偏下,医生情商与职称、年龄、学历、科室有关,医生情商与性别、职务、医疗风险无关。结论 医生整体情商有待提高,确定情商培养重点人群为36岁以上的中年医生,医技、ICU、手术室等科室的医生和科室管理者。
Abstract:
Objective questionnaire will be used to evoke the attention from the public on doctors' emotional quotient(EQ)development by evaluating their characters of growing in career,so as to define the potential group whose EQ needed to be improved. Methods The investigating questionnaire,known as"Standard EQ Testing" is quoted from the book"Psychological testing",which include 50 questions and be analyzed by Golemen's EQ theory.400 questionnaires in this investigation were distributed and 370 were recollected,the percentage of valid questionnaire is 84.75% in a number of 339.Stratified sampling is used for ranking gender,age and title in the paper.In addition,the writer analyzing data with SPSS 12.0 statistic software and applies Rank Sum Test in the result processing. Results As it is revealed in the research,the scores of results and their percentage are corresponded as follow:above 70,13.31%; 40 to 70,85.79%; 40 and less,0.90%.The EQ level of the doctor in this research is a bit lower than the medium of the standard EQ level.EQ is related to title,educational background,age and department; EQ is not related to sex,position and medical risks. Conclusions According to the result of the investigation,it drives a conclusion that there is still a great improvement can be made in the general EQ of the doctors,and the improvement target should contain person above 36 years old:doctors,care workers and managers in some departments such as intensive care unit and operating room.
