摘要:
目的 探讨健康教育干预对高血压患者知识、态度、行为(简称知信行)的影响,为探索适合郊县的高血压规范化管理方法提供科学依据。方法 对干预组2 433例高血压患者进行为期一年的规范化健康教育干预,干预内容包括饮食指导、运动指导、用药指导、心理辅导和并发症预防指导等; 对照组1 661例高血压患者接受常规健康教育; 干预前后分别进行高血压知信行水平问卷调查,比较社区健康教育干预一年前后高血压患者知信行水平的变化。结果 两组干预前知信行情况差异无统计学意义,干预后差异有统计学意义; 干预组和对照组前后两次知信行情况差异均有统计学意义。结论 对高血压患者开展健康教育非常必要,该地区常规健康教育对提高高血压患者知信行水平有影响,规范化健康教育效果更为显著。
Abstract:
Objective To study the health education intervention on patients with hypertension knowledge,attitude and behavior(hereinafter referred to as KAP)influence,to explore suitable for hypertension in the suburban county standardization management Methods provide scientific basis. Methods The intervention group 2 433 hypertension patients for up to a year of standardized health education intervention,intervention include diet guidance,sports guidance,medication guidance,psychological counselling and complications prevention guide,etc.Control group 1 661 hypertension patients received routine health education.Respectively before and after the intervention of hypertension KAP level know questionnaire survey,more community health education intervention in patients with hypertension before and after KAP level of change. Results Two groups before intervention is KAP situation is the difference,after interventiongroup two KAP situation are difference,and the difference was statistically significant.Statistical significance was found between; Before and after the intervention group and control. Conclusions To hypertension patients develop health education work is very necessary,the region routine health education to improve hypertension patients KAP level have influence,standardized health education effect is more significant.
