摘要:: 目的分析2010年北京市西城区心脏病死亡情况,为今后卫生防病策略的制定提供依据。方法利用全市各级医疗机构填报和十个街道派出所收集的户籍居民死亡医学证明书及北京市疾病预防控制中心信息中心提供2010年百岁表及出生人数作为基础资料,按照国际统一分类方法ICD-10进行疾病分类编码,计算各种死亡指标。结果 2010年西城区心脏病死亡率为148.97/10万,冠心病死亡率为132.42/10万,分别比2003年上升47.95%和78.32%。随年龄增加,冠心病死亡率上升。2010年冠心病死亡地点主要在家中或赴医院途中。结论采取有效措施,加强心脏病防治工作,控制北京市西城区心脏病死亡率,是一个亟待解决的问题。

Abstract:: Objective To analyze cardiac death in Xicheng, Beijing and provide evidence for disease prevention and control decisions.Methods We collected medical certificate of death from medical institutions at all levels and all ten street police stations, and basic information provided by the Information Center of Beijing CDC,in accordance with the classification of the International Institute for the Unification of ICD-10 codes to calculate various mortality indicators.Results In 2010, the mortality of heart attack in Xicheng, Beijing was148.97/100 000,the mortality of coronary heart disease was 132.42/100 000,with an increase of 47.95% and 78.32% since 2003.The mortality of coronary heart disease grows as people age.Death of coronary heart disease mainly happens on the way to hospital or at home.Conclusion In Xicheng, Beijing, taking effective measures to prevent coronary heart disease and limit its mortality is a problem to be solved.
