摘要:
目的了解北京市多部门开展流动人口艾滋病防治工作现状，分析面临的主要挑战，为探索多部门开展流动人口艾滋病防治工作策略提供依据。方法对市、区、街道和村居流动人口艾滋病防治相关部门26名工作人员进行深入访谈，对收集的访谈资料进行定性分析。结果多数部门开展了以宣传教育为主的艾滋病防治工作，一般采取与本部门主要职能相结合的工作策略，有一定特色和技巧；有的部门对艾滋病防治的认识存在偏颇，普遍缺乏定期专业培训、专业人员和专项经费。结论在协调多部门开展流动人口艾滋病防治领域，政府有发挥更加积极作用的空间，多部门协作的流动人口艾滋病防治工作还需进一步加强。
Abstract:
Objective To understand the status of AIDS control among floating population across multi-departments in Beijing and analyze the key problems facing it, so that we can provide scientific evidence for AIDS control strategies among floating population across multi-departments. Methods Twenty-six officials from departments of city, district, street, and community were deeply interviewed.All data were analyzed by qualitative method. Results Most departments have developed AIDS prevention that based on health education, which combined with their routing works. Some departments have wrong understand towards AIDS control,while there are lack of regular special trainings and professionals and special funds. Conclusions Government can play more important role in the area of AIDS control among floating population by mobilizing different departments to take part in the program.
