摘要:
目的 了解社区医务人员对开展健康管理工作的知信行,从健康管理服务供方人员角度探讨健康管理依从性问题。方法 利用问卷调查的方法,对165名北京市某区11家社区卫生服务中心的部分全科医生、社区护士、预防保健人员进行调查。结果 总体来说,社区医务人员对健康管理持较认可和接受的态度,但对健康管理专业知识掌握有所欠缺。医务人员自身健康管理能力、对健康管理的态度、服务对象对健康管理的认知等因素会影响医务人员开展健康管理工作。结论 应采取积极措施进行健康管理理念、知识、技能的培养和训练,提高社区健康管理服务能力,从而提升服务对象的依从性。
Abstract:
objective To investigate the KAP of health management among the medical staff,and to detect the health management compliance in perspective of the staff who provide the health management services. Methods A questionnaire survey was conduct to collect information on part of the generally practitioners,nurses as well as prevention and healthcare workers in 11 community health service centers in one of districts in Beijing.Results Generally speaking,it was optimistic that relatively the community health staff could identify with the health management conception,whereas their health management knowledge was deficient to some extent.Some factors would adversely affect the health management work,including self-health management ability,attitude toward health management as well as the cognition of health management among the service objects.Conclusion In order to strengthen the capability of health management services,some positive methods should be applied to the cultivation and training of health management conception,knowledge and skills,by which to improve the compliance of the service objects.
