摘要:
目的 观察不同pH值的碱性离子水(alkaline ionized water,AIW)对高脂大鼠的抗氧化作用,探讨其可能的机制。方法 选用Wistar雄性大鼠60只,建立大鼠高脂血症模型,给予不同pH值AIW。将大鼠随机分为空白对照组、模型对照组(高脂)、AIW pH 8.5组、AIW pH 9.5组、AIW pH丙二醛10.5组。大鼠饲养8周结束实验,检测血清中TG、TC、HDL、LDL、MDA、SOD及肝脏的MDA含量和SOD活性。用SPSS 11.5软件对结果进行比对分析。结果 pH 8.5和pH 9.5组大鼠血清TC低于模型对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),HDL和LDL均明显高于模型对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),模型对照组大鼠血清和肝组织SOD活性降低,而MDA含量升高,与空白对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01); 各AIW组大鼠血清和肝脏组织MDA含量降低,SOD活性升高,与模型对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论 AIW可以提高机体清除氧自由基的能力,具有一定的抗氧化作用。
Abstract:
Objective To observe the antioxidant effect of alkaline ionized water(AIW)with different pH on high-fat diet rats by animal experiments, and to discuss probable mechanisms. Methods According to their body weight, 60 Wistar male rats were randomly divided into control group,model group, pH 8.5 group, pH 9.5 group and pH 10.5 group, with 12 rats in each group.After 8 weeks, rats were decapitated and serum of the rats was collected to test the levels of TG、TC、HDL、LDL、MDA and SOD.MDA level and SOD activity were tested on the livers of the rats.Statistic analysis was performed by SPSS. Results The levels of TC in serum of pH 8.5 group and pH 9.5 group were lower than the model group(P<0.05).HDL and LDL in serum were much higher than the model group(P<0.05).The activity of SOD in the serum and liver of the model group decreased significantly, while the MDA level increased(P<0.01).Compared with the model group, activity of SOD in the serum and liver of AIW groups increased, and MDA level decreased remarkably(P<0.01). Conclusions It is indicated that AIW could improve the body's ability to eliminate oxygen free radicals, therefore have certain antioxidant effects.
